FOSTER CITY RESIDENCE
The addition of a new 2nd story to serve the needs of the family was sensitively done to minimize impact to all seven neighboring properties: minimum solar impact in terms of shadows cast, and maximum privacy by placing the addition at the maximum yard distance from the neighbors. New exterior materials and roofing for the whole house gives this 1960s home a brand new look.
